"Love the revamped and refreshed look of CBLT outlets. Really like what Jollibee is doing with the chain. This particular outlet has a balcony with outdoor seating Ample of seats and the interior is comfy and cosy. Would've been better if they had real plants instead of artificial ones. Food What impressed me the most was the food quality. I tried the Tropical Royal Dessert, which was served cold, flavourful, and pleasantly crafted. The pastries – especially the tiramisu cake and cheesecake – were fresh, moist and delicious. Cleanliness The outlet is spotless and well-maintained. Tables are cleaned promptly, and the overall ambiance is calm, cozy, and inviting. Even during peak hours, the staff manage to keep everything tidy, from the seating area to the restrooms. Staff & Service The staff here deserve a special shoutout. From the warm greeting at the entrance to the efficient service at the counter, every team member was polite, professional, and genuinely friendly. They took time to recommend drinks based on my taste and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. It's the kind of thoughtful service that makes you want to return. Overall Experience This Coffee Bean outlet in SS2 has quickly become one of my favourite hangout spots in Petaling Jaya. It’s ideal for casual meetups, quiet reading time, or even remote work.
